Hoppshopp.com operates from New Mahavir Nagar, Main Najafgarh Road(Near Janak Puri East Metro Station) in New Delhi. All customer service issues are handled in-house from New Delhi, India.

4. Where do you source the products from?

The products at Hoppshopp are sourced exclusively from various Stockiest across India. We buys all the products directly from the stockiest and store the goods in our different warehouses. We follow one simple rule i.e. “WE SELL WHAT WE BUY” which is our core strength.

7. How do I create an account on Hoppshopp?

Click on the "Sign Up" link on the top right corner of the page. Enter your name, email address and password. You are done. We also give an Easy Way to Register with Us by Login through your Facebook Account directly.

8. What is Wishlist?

The product that you wish to add to the cart, can be the one marked as sold out. Or you may like to have a personalized wish, for a product / category not present on the portal. You will be informed by mail when the product is available on the portal.

9. How Do I Change My Personal Details?

You can change your personal information anytime as per your convenience. To make the changes, log into your account and make the changes in the "My Account" option.

10. How Do I Manage My Personal Address Book?

Address Book allows you to easily select the shipping addresses from the various addresses you use and update in your address book. This also allows you to select different shipping addresses for different items in your shopping cart without the need of finding out the same address every time.

11. Can I phone or fax my order?

No, orders are accepted only online after confirming your mobile number, email address and delivery address submitted by you.

12. How do I know if my order is confirmed?

As soon as you place an order with us, you will get an automated email and SMS confirming the placement of the order along with your order number.

13. How do I check the status of my order?

You can either check your order status by logging in to your account and clicking on 'Order tracking' or you can also go to the link provided in the order confirmation email to check the status of that individual order or you can directly reach us at support@hoppshopp.com

14. How can I place an order/make the payment?

You can place the order online and cash on delivery. It will be confirmed only after we confirm your mobile number, email address and delivery address submitted by you.

15. How do I feel sure that you have correctly registered the order placed?

After you have placed the order, you will get an e-mail or call confirming each order registered with us. Please check your e-mail and if you want any correction, you are requested to get in touch with us..

16. My order is shown to be in 'Confirmed' state. What does it mean?

Your order passes through following states before it finally enters the 'Dispatched' state:

Confirmed: This is the default status for your order and it comes as soon as order is placed. Your order/payment has been approved by our payment gateway. We are ready with the product and the order will be executed as per your specifications.

Shipped: Your order has been successfully shipped from our end; or

Completed : The goods are received by you successfully. Cancelled: Your order could not be approved by our payment gateway or we are not in a position to deliver the goods due to some constraints.

17. Is COD option available with Hoppshopp?

Cash-on-Delivery - You give us your mobile number when you place your order and we'll call you to confirm the order. Once confirmed, we will ship out your product to you. On receiving your order, please pay the order amount in cash to the courier person.

18. How can I get the invoice?

The label and invoice on your packet will carry all details. Also you can ask for the soft copy of the invoice by sending us an email to support@hoppshopp.com and we will email the invoice to you.

19. What is Checkout?

Checkout is the beginning of the Payment process on online portals. Once you add item(s) in your cart, the next subsequent process is Checkout which starts the moment you click on the 'Checkout' button. Here you will be asked to enter the shipping and billing details along with your choice of Payment mode. Following this, you will be redirected to the Payment gateway where you will be required to provide your mobile number, email address, etc details in order to confirm the order placed for the particular item(s) that you have added in your cart.

20. What is a shopping Cart?

The shopping bag is a virtual carry cart that displays the number of items you have chosen to purchase along with the total purchase amount. This is displayed as a small window located at the right-hand top corner of the web page. This window also provides links to view the details of the items you have chosen - 'View Details' and to confirm your purchase 'Proceed to Checkout'. You can change your order by adding or removing items, etc. in the shopping cart once you click on the link 'View Details'. Subsequently, you will receive a confirmation message about your order being placed with us successfully and awaiting delivery.

21. What is the information that Hoppshopp.com requires during payment? 

You need to have relevant information such as a valid mobile number, e-mail address to confirm your order and a Billing address with a Pin code(Zip Code)

#DELIVERY/SHIPMENT

22. What is the mode of delivery?

Products are hand delivered / sent through renowned courier services.

23. How do I know that my order has been shipped?

Confirmation through e-mail and SMS shall be sent to you after your order has been shipped. You may also track your order status online when it is shipped by clicking the link sent to you in the Order Shipped email.

24. Is there any Shipping charges?

We deliver products all across India. You can calculate the approximate shipping charges to the desired destination. We shall, however, specify the exact amount of shipping charges due, during final payment. Also sometimes the shipping charges are nill depending upon the promotions and offers from Hoppshopp.

25. Do you deliver to locations outside India?

No, as of now we provide delivery all across India.

26. Where in India can you deliver?

We try our best to deliver all over India depending upon the areas that our courier partners cover.

27. Unable to track order/Status not updated?

In such a situation, you may contact us at support@hoppshopp.com with your mail order number. We will immediately update you regarding your order details.

28. The order has not been delivered on time.

Orders sent through courier are delivered as per the transit time mentioned. In case, if there is any delay in shipment process we will inform you the same through SMS and an e-mail.

#RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS/REPLACEMENTS

29. Refund not received/Charged for cancelled order?

Send a mail to support@hoppshopp.com and we ensure you that your issue will be resolved asap.

30. What do I do if the product I received is damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery?

Generally such situations won't arise. However, if due to some reason such circumstance takes place, please write to us at support@hoppshopp.com with your order details and we will get back to you to resolve the issue at earliest.

31. When and how can I cancel an order?

You will get an option to cancel your order in your “MY ACCOUNT” prior to shipment. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

32. How can I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with the product that has been delivered or if in case you have received the damaged product, you can ask for the replacement of your product or refund by returning us your parcel within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Items must be in the same condition with original packaging and accessories. Only the order amount will be refunded - freight/shipping fees for the return will be at your own expense. 1. Under what circumstances will my order be automatically cancelled

In the event of non-delivery of items due to incomplete/wrong address or continuous unavailability of person at the shipping address to receive the items from carrier, the order will be cancelled

2. What happens if Hoppshopp.com cannot supply me with the product I have ordered

If we cannot supply you with the product or service that you have ordered, we will not process your order. We will inform you of this in writing (including email).

3. Is there a provision for receiving product and brand updates on Hoppshopp.com?

Yes, you can get product and brand updates from Hoppshopp.com by signing up for our newsletter.

4. Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'.

For products that are 'Out of Stock', please add it into the wishlist or write us on support@hoppshopp.com and fill in the details and you will be notified once the product is available.
